Account deactivated for being used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
.Hello Amazon forum community. I’ve been accused of illegal activity on Amazon for only sending 23 units of a product to Amazon. They stated that they have received 35 units when it’s impossible. I have some other products listed and others ready to ship, so I have money invested in this business. Amazon deactivated my account and they’re requesting invoices, bank statements, etc., and I have already provided them like 3 times, but they keep my account deactivated and keep asking me for proof. I don’t have any other proof. I send them even ups tracking number with all the screenshot. Please help me reactivate my account; what they did is not right. I didn’t do anything wrong. I need my account active again and to get my money from my sales..I value my business and believe this is an error. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

There is no return from deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal. Especially if they write "We may not respond to further emails about this issue". Try to sell on another platform, you have a big choice.
If you ask yourself what that "decevtive, fraudulent or illegal" could be, here some examples:
That could be many things: getting free products for reviews and ratings as a customer, too many returns and damaged returns as a customer, paying for ratings/reviews for you or other sellers, giving bad or good ratings to other sellers, getting or giving reviews or ratings from/to friends and family and from members of the same social media group, buying the stock of competitors, clicking the ads of other sellers, hijacking branded listings, edit listings that you didn't create, attempt to take over listings, forging documents, selling fake products on other's or your listing, introducing forbidden backend keywords in competitors listing aiming the deactivation of it, false counterfeit claims, insulting or talking bad to Amazon employees, using a seller account created by someone else..... and many more. Amazon will NOT reveal what you did do. Just know that the bots see ANY movement you do and you did the last years on internet.
It could also be that you hired a VA who is related to abusive behavior of other clients.
Did you apply for Brand Registry? Then the fraudulent activity could be also because of the abusive behavior of your attorney.
Without knowing what happened in your case, I suppose you listed branded products without "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell on Amazon. Such products are considered counterfeit (fake), no matter if they are or aren't.
