Brand Registry - Manufacturing and distribution information
Hello,
I have a question. I'm collaborating with a manufacturer on a product. Initially, the brand name matched the company's name. However, I later changed it and submitted a petition to the USPTO for the new brand. I've already paid a 50% deposit on the supply invoice, but the brand name differs. What should I do now? Should I upload the invoice I have?

Your manufacturer should be able to update the new name and re-issue a new invoice. I did the same thing and they had not problem changing it for me.

The name of the product on the invoice you submit does have to match the brand name you are Applying to enroll in Amazon brand Registry. You can find this info on the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide. Manufacturing and distribution information is in section 4 on page 8.
