NO FREE RETURNS
Customer bought a desk and requested a return since she ordered by mistake. I told her return is fine but we do NOT have free returns as stated. I told her I would provide labels (cheaper than Amazon's) and would deduct the shipping upon product return (about $100.00). Fast forward - Amazon promptly issues a full refund totally ignoring everything I said and before product was even returned.
Now product is back with damage and I now have to play the Safe-T claim game and lose.
Is " NO FREE RETURNS" a thing of the past. Customer admitted her mistake.

Thank you for posting to the Forums.
If the order was returned through Amazon’s Prepaid Returns Label program, then it was refunded at first scan. I would suggest opening a case with our Support team if you need assistance on returns settings.
