Browser Node help???
Amazon removed the browser node from an item and I have contacted SS to see if the node could be reinstated. I have received the response that only the brand can request the change????? It is not a change it is reinstating the node that had been removed by Amazon. So in an attempt to nickel and dime us even more I will have to spend $$$ to have the units returned because sales have gone to ZERO because no one sees the listing????? Of course I will have no recourse but to have them returned because with every sitting day of no sales the BB date keeps dwindling away!!!

I'm sorry you are having such issues updating the Browse Node for this product. I'd like to review to see what options I can offer to escalate this issue? Products in general should allow browse nodes to be added if one isn't currently submitted, even if you aren't the Brand Owner. If you provide your most recent Case ID I will review and escalate where possible. Thank you for your understanding.
