My Account was deactivated.

hi my account got deactivated I'm a new seller account got deactivated with 4 weeks of selling on Amazon, this platform is big and mistakes happen they need to at least give chances for minor issues. So here is my story I listed an item under an existing listing and the seller is the only 1 in that listing, they got upset because my price was cheaper and they started adding all my inventory to cart to make Me out of stock, they did it like 10x and I reported the issue to Amazon 1 hour later my account got deactivated because the seller made a complaint that my item is inauthentic. mind you my item is legit and authentic the only mistake I made was not starting my own listing.

Amazon requested for invoice , I sent it to them but the problem is they are not accepting my invoice, I also sent an appeal they just responded with not enough information to open my account , please they need to look into this issue and open my account. Or if anyone can help me with what they need on an appeal.

Hi @Seller_tLbyLxYmpZ2de,

Steve from Amazon here, I know that this situation can be very frustrating. I have reached out to an internal team for additional review and guidance on this situation.

I will follow up as soon as I have more information.

Thanks,

Steve

Are you doing retail arbitrage (buying on sale items at stores or buying skids of returns, etc.). If so the "invoice" you sent to prove the authenticity of your items is actually a "store receipt". They will not accept that. You will need to discontinue selling that product and write an appeal stating you realize what you did was wrong and delete that item from your inventory. Cross your fingers, you may be allowed to sell again.

If you bought from the manufacturer or an "authorized distributor" (many "distributors" are NOT authorized) then something may have been wrong with your invoice (didn't match your company name, address, etc.) Oh, and it must match EXACTLY. John P Smith and John Smith are NOT exact matches. so is Main St. and Main Street. Etc.
