Wrong negative store review
Hello Amazon,
A customer posted a review in my store saying that the product he received was the wrong size, but this is a discussion about the product, why is this review posted in the store? I submitted a request to Amazon to remove this inappropriate review because "the entire review is about the product", but Amazon rejected it. I submitted this issue again, and Amazon still rejected me. I tried to email "Community Help", but there was no response. What should I do?

Good morning, this customer left a message in my store at the beginning of "I am planning to return this item to you on my way home from work." His original intention was to reply to my email, but he mistakenly left a message in my store evaluation, and this is a product evaluation (which does not comply with the store evaluation rules). I applied to delete the comment, but was rejected. I submitted a case (number 17474928061 and 17474260671) and they were all rejected. They want me to contact the buyer. Oh my God, I sent many emails to the customer, but the customer did not reply at all. I hope someone can help me
