I have received Product authenticity complaint on a product and amazon requested for invoice and I shared it but they responded that they are unable to verify the supplier info.

I have used the same invoice for brand approval and they accepted it. I am not sure what else can I do as it is 100% authentic product sourced for reputed supplier.
