Problem with Buy Shipping
First time I've see this issue. I shipped 7 orders yesterday with no problem buying shipping directly from Amazon. On the last order I received, my only shipping option is "Amazon Shipping Ground" but it says I have to sign up for Amazon Shipping (which I've been using for years).
All other options are grayed out. Multiple options SHOULD be available to meet the shipping window. It also says that the suggested shipping service is "UPS Media Mail", not USPS Media.
Seller Support can't find anything wrong with the system or my shipping settings. And when I try to click the button for "Sign up for Amazon Shipping" it says I have declined the service (which I haven't).
Any advice/input/suggestions are appreciated.

Hello @Seller_65MSaQoMjmtad. Are you still experiencing those strange issues with your available shipping options?
Was that for one order, or have you seen it for other orders since? I have never seen UPS Media Mail, so I am curious about what is happening. Do you have a Case ID you can share?
