Urgent Help Needed for Seller Verification Issue - Country of Origin Mismatch

Since June 5, 2024, I have been receiving a message from Amazon stating that I need to verify my identity as a seller. However, every time I attempt this, the system responds with the following error: "The country of origin that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country of origin in the documents that you provided."

I hold an LLC in the USA and am a Colombian citizen. Neither the USA nor Colombia works, as I receive the same error message for both. As a result, my account has been inactive for almost a month, preventing me from selling any of my products.

I have contacted Amazon support multiple times via phone and messages but have not received a useful response. Some agents suggested selecting Mexico or Venezuela (my birth country) as the country of origin, but I never used these countries for registration. I tried their suggestions anyway, but they did not work either.

This situation is incredibly frustrating, and my account remains inactive due to an issue that even Amazon support cannot resolve. I am exhausted from receiving the same error message and making repeated calls and requests, which have proven useless in resolving my issue.
