5th day no account no response from Amazon and the best help I've gotten from even the support team was to keep waiting, Have submitted documents over 3 different times for the same case. Do I just move on from amazon? I am a new seller just got ungated for the brands that I had purchased spending about 2500 and now I cant even list a single product.

What are they asking you for, invoices? Do you have invoices or a LOA for these brands you want to sell. Just because Amazon approves you does not mean the brand does.

Are you selling brand named items? Do you have a LOA (Letter of Authorization) from the BRAND to sell ON AMAZON?

I was approved for the brands i needed to get approved for thats not the issue. My account was deactivated right after this and i cannot list anything and amazon will not respond to my submission going on 7 days

As you've described the situation it does sound like the account has been deactivated, can you confirm this? Can you provide the notification of the restriction or deactivation?
Additionally, as mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, although you were ungated to sell a specific brand, this does not authorize you to do so, the ungating simply allows you to use the listing. When selling most brands on amazon it is advised that you have brand authorization as the use of their intellectual properties or brands can result in concerns of authenticity or infringement.
As they had also mentioned, do you have invoicesthat show you were sourcing the mentioned branded products from an authorized distributor, or do you have a letter of authorization issued by the brand to your business?
Since you mentioned having provided your documents a few times, what exactly did you provide?

Additionally, as mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, although you were ungated to sell a specific brand, this does not authorize you to do so, the ungating simply allows you to use the listing. When selling most brands on amazon it is advised that you have brand authorization as the use of their intellectual properties or brands can result in concerns of authenticity or infringement.
As previously mentioned, the only individuals who can authorize you to sell and distribute a brand, is the brand or rights owner. Requesting approval on amazon to sell, again will allow you to list your products under that listing.
If you do not possess a letter of authorization issued to your by the brand, you may not be authorized to sell and or distribute these products.
Receipts in this situation may not be accepted as retailers cannot provide authorization for redistribution.
Typically in these situations, if we do not receive the requested information repeatedly, we will no longer respond. Information is reviewed but if it does not meet our requirements or expectations it will be rejected without notice.
These situations can only be disputed, thus if the request information does not meet the requirements, we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.
