Bank Verification will not download my Banks statement

I have added my bank statement and then press submit but the circle timer comes on and then quickly disappears. What have I done wrong?

Maybe nothing, there are occasionally glitches. It might be ok in a few hours. From your end have you tried uploading it with another browser or clear your cookies?
