Stock missing at Amazon fullfillment centre

I've recently sent 6 boxes of products, containing 6 iteams per box, going to 6 different fullfilllment centres. My shipping history demonstrates my packages were received at fullfillment centres but only one box has been processed and available as a listing.

Amazon have stated the shipment was 'Investigation Completed - shipment contents counted and confirmed'. Each time I email support I'm told there is no was I can be reimbursed, despite amazon claiming they recieved my boxes of invetory.

Does anyone has any advice on how I could solve this? Hundreds of pounds worth of invetory is effectively 'missing' and each email I receive from Amazon is generic and doesnt give any real explanation of the processes involved.

My suggestion is to get proof of delivery from your shipping company that they got received at the time of delivery from amazon.Provide this as a proof and your case will be opened than sucessfully and hopefully you will get solution.

I get this all the time when sending inventory to BHX4

The items often arrive at the fulfilment centre, then get lost when being transferred to other fulfilment centres.

Have you checked your Inventory Ledger Report for the relevant ASIN's?
