Sole trader invoice (copied product)
Hi all
Someone created a copy of our listing. Copied description and title with cosmetic changes. The image looks similar (few changes as well). There are hidden seller information - it looks like sole trader. No VAT on products.
I believe this person buys our bulk sets (we sale such on other websites), split and sells like his own.
I believe in this point is all OK.
I bought one from this company and asked for invoice.
On the invoice, there is only company name and email - is it a correct invoice?
I believe it should be full name and address and all company details.
Kind regards
Jack

it depends on what you intend to do with the invoice
its not a vat invoice so doesn’t need those details
i presume you are trying to find their address to send them a cease and desist letter ?
if so, was there not a returns address on the package ?
If you want them to stop using your content on amazon, you can report them on here for copyright

Amazon state it needs to include:
- Seller legal name and address
- Customer legal name and address
- Date of issue
- Type and quantity of products supplied
- Gross price per item as well as total payable amount
