EDD policy

Most of my items have been delivered last Tuesday, and according to the EDD policy I should be able to withdraw them today. I have no ongoing reviews, my account health is 200 and my payment information is valid. And yet, I cannot withdraw the amount. This is essential as I've outstanding debts and it's simply unfair that Amazon's system has not complied with their own policy in this case. Live support was no help, so I'm trying to receive some here.

Did you use an Amazon integrated tracking courier? If not, Amazon can't see the delivery and they wait 3 weeks.

Also, don't forget about the account level reserve and your two week disbursement period.

Any items delivered last Tuesday will clear the reserve 1 week after confirmed delivery, but then they get added to your two week disbursement period after that. So you still have to wait until your disbursement date after today before you can withdraw.

Hello @ALL_E

Thank you very much for reaching out in Amazon forums, this is Lucre, and I'll be glad to assist.

I understand you would like to know why you still have some money pending to be disbursed from your recent orders.

Please know that we always keep money amounts in your account level reserve to eventually cover for any potential A to Z claim or chargebacks, which can occur at any moment. The unavailable balance will become available for disbursement based on your payments page, however even though the EDD policy has been completed, we still need to keep this amount in case it's required to fulfill customer service policies.

Hope this helps to clarify your question!

Regards,
