VTR Never Reaching 95% as Royal mail postmen never scan all the parcels

Has has any one every reached VTR more than 95% who are using royal mail 48?

it seems our VTr never passes 75% as all the parcels re not scanned by the post men.

its not our fault if they are not being scanned but amazon counts it as a defect.

buying shipping from amazon is expensive. could there be a solution?

Absolutely - read this part of the VTR FAQs

"You may receive a Valid Tracking Rate warning as a result of low scan rate. However, we will validate unscanned tracking or package IDs with the integrated carrier before suspending your offers in the affected category. Your offers will not be suspended if you have provided valid IDs, including for all parcels that have not been scanned by the carrier. This includes delivery confirmation-only methods such as Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail first class or Royal Mail second class."

We used RM 48 for years, never got above 80%, amazon never removed our selling privileges, though we did still get the warning emails.

I rarely get above 20% at the moment and get the warning e-mails but Amazon verify the tracking numbers as they said they would.
