We have several products that we cannot sell in California due to restrictions imposed by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). We have developed a new formula for these products and submitted the new Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to the Amazon support team over 100 times through cases. However, we have only received a generic message in response. We have been unable to contact anyone to review our request and provide assistance. Have you ever dealt with a similar situation? How did you fix it?
