Hello there! My name is CR and wanted to hop in to see if I could get you some guidance here.
My account rep can see them but I cannot.
If you have a dedicated account manager, are you able to work with your account manager on this?
I also wanted to provide this help page in the meantime that discusses Keyword attributes and Use search terms effectively which both cover Generic Keyword questions.
