GS1 Under parent company but product is distributed by the Brand
Hi all,
I have a product that I have sold in the past when the brand owned it. Now a big conglomerate has purchased the brand. The brand is still making and is now distributing the product for the Big Conglomerate. On the packaging it now says 'distributed by Brand' the Big Conglomerates name doesn't appear on the label. The GS1 code is registered to the Big Conglomerate. When I try and make a listing using the Brand name as manufacturer it is rejected. Can I go ahead and put the information of the Big Conglomerate that is listed on the GS1 registration into the listing? I am ungated for the Big Conglomerate

When you say the application to sell has been rejected, I imagine it is tied to a Case Number.
Can you provide that to me? I'd like to take a deeper look into your situation.
