Inventory/Shipping Management Software

I know there’s been a few posts in the past but hoping you wise people can comment with what software you’re using.

We used to use Ecomdash and to be fair, although basic, it was pretty decent. However the back end of last year we had a fault and they couldn’t fix it so we had to move. Decided on Veeqo as Amazon bought them but we’re having a nightmare with them and have now lost FBM selling rights in one category as our VTR is so low. I’ve got a case logged with them but not hopeful anything will happen.

Just need something that can manage stock across Amazon, eBay and Shopify which can integrate in Royal Mail and Amazon Buy Shipping.

Any thoughts?

Hi LTT,
Our company uses Brightpearl, which is a good accounting software and processes orders well, we use this in tandem with Shiptheory ( courier labelling software ) and inventory planner (Inventory forecasting)

Brightpearl was originally made for Amazon before branching out. its now owned by Sage.

The three give a great setup for a company that is due to expand in the marketplaces you have mentioned.

I have heard Mintsoft is also very good but can’t vouch for that myself!

I use Seller Dynamics, it currently manages my stock on Ebay, Amazon and Etsy.

I don’t have a website though they do have Spotify on their marketplace download, in fact they recommend it, so guessing they plugin there easily.

I use it to pick my orders, buy my shipping (though my OBA), print my labels, it uploads the tracking numbers (where applicable) and marks the orders as dispatched etc.

Honestly I’d be lost without it.

The guys are really helpful too if you need anything done, really quick to answer problems and fix things. Its a UK based company too, which is great.

Easy pricing system, doesn’t limit you by orders, or products etc, price is based on your turnover.
