Amazon can learn something from the Big W.
Ok Image this... You get access to a brand to sell on Amazon and you start to list those items. Things are going well until a few days later you find out one of the listings are not live. You pull that item up in the seller Portal to find out a trademark complaint was filed.
You reach out to the marketplace support asking for clarification and you receive no response for 3-4 days. Later you find the listing to be live again and then you get a response to the case
"big w" was notified of infringing content on this product page and we had to take it down for review, remove the offending content and then we relisted it. The infringing content was not submitted by you but by another seller and "big w" has resolve the issue with that party"
