Problem creating new product with only alphanumeric & character product bar code
Hi all, hoping someone may have an idea how to rectify this problem. I'm listing a new product to amazon, i have been approved to add it. Only problem I have is the product barcode is alphanumerical & character based. So when i try to add it, it keeps saying it is not in the correct format. I'm unable to apply for a GTIN exemption as it has a label on it. Thanks in advance for help, suggestions, ideas
