CHARGEBACK CLAIM
We have an issue, customer received the delivery - they opened A-Z claim trying to claim that they never got the parcel, there were pictures proving they received the parcel, the A-Z was denied by amazon.
Opened chargeback claim again we sent all the proof, it was decided we are not responsible.
a few weeks later they opened another chargeback claim, the amazon platform didnt notify us that there was a new chargeback claim and a decision was made on the chargeback claim without giving us a chance to respond. now it is saying we are responsible for something that a customer ALREADY HAS. the customer now the a PC and a refund.
Please can someone from amazon help? I have opened a case and I am not getting anywhere, please.
