I am seeking guidance on how to proceed after exhausting the appeal process for reactivating my account. Despite providing extensive documentation and addressing all potential issues, my appeal was rejected, and I was informed by Health Support that no further appeals will be accepted.
### Key Challenges and Actions Taken:
1. **Initial Video Verification:**
- I faced access issues due to a blocked number, regaining access only shortly before the verification deadline.
- Joined the verification unprepared and was unable to present the required documents effectively.
**Request:** I kindly ask Amazon to allow a redo of the video verification, where I can ensure full compliance and present all necessary documents properly.
2. **Addressed Concerns:**
- Ceased using third-party tools and retrained my team to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies.
- Submitted extensive documentation, including invoices, proof of delivery, compliance reports, and supplier authorizations, addressing every flagged issue.
3. **Invoice and Documentation Clarifications:**
- Provided detailed explanations for any perceived discrepancies in invoices and shipment details.
- Supplied supporting evidence such as UPS tracking data, stamped invoices, and email confirmations by brand about our supplier is authorized.
### Current Situation:
Amazon’s Health Support team has stated they will not accept further appeals or review my provided documents. However, I am committed to resolving any remaining concerns and proving my compliance.
I mentioned in my appeal that to address any remaining concerns, I am willing to Close the questioned ASINs and dispose of the inventory.
But Nothing was effective.

- Has anyone faced a similar situation where appeals were no longer accepted?
- How can I escalate my request for another video verification or a thorough review of my case?
- Are there additional steps I should consider to ensure Amazon reconsiders my account reactivation?

I am very sorry and did NOT read all your text. Two, three things I have seen show that you loose your time and your energy. How many times they have to tell you that it's finished?
With your countless cases Amazon already lost a lot of money with you. And they are not willing to invest even more.
Try on another platform, there are really other choices.
