Inbound Missing items at BFL2 - SHAFTER CA
Inbound packages are getting delivered but are not getting received. Several shipments delivered but ZERO items received. Something wrong at this facility. I have 2 shipments still being investigated for zero items received and 4 more that are still delivered but cannot open case for them yet. These are fine jewelry items worth thousands of dollars. Are the shipments still open or are they in closed status? If they are not closed they are probably not checked in yet and given the time of year this isn't surprising.

We're aware of concerns regarding shipments to our BFL2 facility and are actively investigating. For specific shipment concerns, please provide Seller Support with carrier contact, tracking numbers, and Inbound Shipment Appointment (ISA) number.

This seems to be the usual workflow of BFL2
- Receive box
- let box sit
- lie and say box is empty
- force seller to open case and provide invoices
- magically find the contents of the box that they lied and claimed was empty.
Meantime, if a whole package is empty, wouldnt that maybe draw someones attention?
We try to avoid this facility, We select East now when making shipments. Apparently Amazon thinks BFL2 in California is "East"
