We are not accepting applications to sell - on my own listing??
A couple of months ago, I created a new listing for a product I manufacture. The ASIN is currently not registered in Brand Registry as we were granted an exception by Amazon at the time of listing creation.
Now that I am about to be Out of Stock, I clicked on Replenish inventory, however, I was surprised to see the error:
We are not accepting applications to sell:
- Other product(s)
- Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
First of all, my product should not fall under any of these two as it has its own correct category so it is not "others" + is new so is not "used" either. This error does not make sense to me.
Agents were not able to support me on this, and they came with the same answer, " You were gated by Amazon. To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience" and suggested I just sit and wait.
@Roberto_Amazon I noticed you are able to reinstate another member ASIN with the same issue on here. Can you please look into this? The latest case ID is: 10714144312
I have seen many people on this forum having the same issue but not a clear resolution. What is going on with Amazon?
We invested a lot of money in the new stock as they recommended a restock of 470 units and now they do this? with no clear explanation? should we email: managingdirector@amazon.co.uk ?

Please note that our teams and support teams cannot intervene or influence their decision related to gating products, in accordance to our policy. At this moment, our advice will be for you to review performance notification, and if it is available, proceed with appeal process.
