We came across few buyers who have purchased the same item 3 to 4 times and after using for few months apply for a refund and then purchase a new of the same product. We opened up a case with Amazon and they advised us to report the buyer but I have been trying to get a procedure on how to report a buyer but Amazon Support is of no help.

Does anyone know how we can report a buyer? Is this even possible?
