URGENT!... I can't log in to my merchant account.

Hello friends

I accidentally deleted the email address that I had entered into my seller account. I have had phone calls and dozens of emails with Amazon, but no official has been able to solve my problem. I especially appeal to Amazon officials who are reading this message... Please help me!...

(Note: I opened this account with the same information as my other account, just so I could talk to Amazon via live chat. Let me say even more, I thought that I would be suspended, then maybe I could tell my problem to someone. But since I received a notification that I had to take action on my previous account, I cannot do anything from this account except live chat. As you know, I cannot log in to my other account)

I hope the authorities hear my voice and solve my problem. During the time I could not log in to my account, dozens of my customers were victimized, I could not send my orders. :-(

Can you explain what you mean by you "accidentally deleted the email address"? Depending on what you are implying and the specific situation this could be permanent. Did you contact customer service and request the original account be closed or information be removed? If so this is not a reversible action.

Why was this information deleted? When you deleted this information, did you also lose access to your buying account associated with your store? If so the deletion of the information has severed your ability to access this store which is a permanent effect.

From the buyer account belonging to my original account, I made an account closure request with the intention of closing my buyer account. I did not know that a buyer and seller account was opened based on the same e-mail address. 10 days after making this request, the e-mail and password linked to my seller account were deleted. I started to be unable to log in to my account, but all activities such as sales, returns, etc. belonging to my account are still continuing. So the seller account is still active. The only problem is that I cannot access that seller account.

As noted, you attempted to close a deactivated store when you tried to close it through the buying account. This removed you ability to sign into this store. As this is irreversible, no technical team can fix this an is permanent.

The only path you would have to reactivate your current remaining store is as mentioned. Create a case on your currently accessible store, provide all required information from the original store and post your case ID here. Without this action, both account will remain permanently deactivated, as his would be the only path forward at this time.
