Catalog Authorization Help

Hello, I was granted 96 hours of Catalog Authorization for a brand (Case 17049000061). During that 96 hours, I encountered an error with ASIN B0D98V635V. I cannot add this ASIN to my inventory, neither FBM or FBA will work. I worked for days and days with Amazon Seller Support, trying to figure out what the issue is. It is still a mystery. However, in working with this issue for multiple days, my 96 hours passed and I was not able to add the ASINs I wanted to. The Case referenced above says if I encounter errors, to reapply with screenshots. There was no Error Code when trying to add B0D98V635V, it just would never add to inventory, so I had no screenshots to reapply with. There are multiple cases, batch IDs, and chat logs referencing this issue. When i try to reapply for Catalog Authorization, my applications are denies and I'm told they are not accepting applications. Please help.

I have escalated CASE ID 17049000061 and the other 2 associated cases to one of our internal partner teams to review why you continued to run into Error Code 5461 when support told you, you were approved to list the ASINs for 96 hours. To be honest, it is a strange response to just be approved for 96 hours as usually sellers are approved to list a brand or not list a brand. There usually isn't a time frame attached to these applications from what I have seen.

I will follow up with you as soon as I hear anything back from the team. Hope you have a good weekend and take care.
