Disbursement
Is anybody have issues with their disbursement? I did not receive my funds for almost one year; it is sitting in the Account level reserve. I am no longer selling on Amazon, but they did not release the funds. Can someone give me an idea of what to do? I already asked for help in their support, but they just passed me around with the other department.

Why have you left it so long ?
Go to settings - account info - bank account information
Does it have a green verified tick ?
If so, and it’s locked in reserve, email disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk or payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk
