Unable to Edit Compliance Information for Inactive Suppressed Listing
Hey everyone,
I’m dealing with a super frustrating issue with my Amazon listing, and I’m hoping someone here has some insight.
I tried listing a product, but Amazon suppressed it and made it inactive, asking for MDL and compliance documents. No problem—I have all the necessary Health Canada approvals. But here’s where things get weird.
Amazon has somehow changed my listing so that I can’t edit or add the requested compliance info. There’s literally no way for me to input the details they asked for. I’ve had this exact same issue before with the same product when I previously terminated the listing and tried to relist. It’s like I’m stuck in an endless loop.
Has anyone run into this? How do you get Amazon to actually let you update the listing when they request documents but don’t give you a way to submit them?
