Used item returned with missing parts

Hi,

One customer returned a product and amazon removed from fba inventory because it is unable to sell.The thing is customer did not put everyting back to package, some missing parts. There is no problem in returning the product, people have the right to do so, but I cannot sell the product in this condition, even as used. Customer already took a full refund from amazon.

What can I do about this ? totaly loss ?

File a claim for reimbursement, but also good luck and God speed, India has been awfully quick to deny anything and everything recently. It took us 14 back-and-forths earlier this week to get them to approve reimbursement for a cut-and-dry switcheroo case where we had clear photographic evidence of non-matching serial numbers and everything.
