Yesterday someone stole my ASIN and had the brand name changed on my product listing. It was still listed as sold by me which I don't understand. I was able to get the Brand Name changed back since I have brand registry but no one is helping me get the ASIN back. I'm being told I need to take the listing down and start over but that doesn't make any sense. I created the ASIN back in May of 2024.

I have started several email conversations about this with Amazon and just keep getting the runaround in different ways. I don't understand how it's so easy for someone to steal an ASIN but impossible to get it back when you can see I was the original creator through Brand Registry.

I am begging for someone's help here. This is the Case ID where someone gave me steps to do but it didn't work. 16372564821
