So, we have shipping templates set up, and none of them had overnight shipping set up. All of a sudden, today, we had several orders with 2-day shipping requested at rates way below actual costs. For example, shipping one item overnight would cost over $200, and Amazon charged $38. Another item would cost $75, and Amazon charged $13. Amazon added overnight shipping to our templates and charged a paltry price per pound. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have corrected the templates, but it won't let me remove the express shipping altogether. It was very frustrating as we had to cancel orders and take a hit to our metrics. Does anyone else experience this issue today? Is it a glitch with the automated shipping time update?
