Entire Balance in Account Level Reserve for over 2 months
Hi, can any mods help, our entire payment balance has been in Account level reserve for months. On a couple of occasions some of the balance was showing in Net proceeds, but then just before the disbursement date, the whole balance goes into account level reserve and nothing is disbursed and then the full balance carries over and shows as net proceeds at the beginning of the next settlement. Literally nothing works with this system and it's all over the place. Clearly its been over 7 days since the delivery date as this has been having for almost 3 months now. We have put in several seller support cases over these 3 months and every one just gets marked as "Transferred" and nothing gets fixed and we don't hear anything from anyone.
Also worth noting, we have no issues in our Account health, no warnings or violations whatsoever and a perfect healthy Account health.

Not everything that Amazon follows and monitors shows up in those locations. They may be looking at things such as some authenticity complaints that they are keeping under wraps at this time.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
If the answer to that is NO and you are doing FBA you might consider doing a removal order to stop Amazon from seizing your merchandise as well as your money IF they are looking at some serious charges.

BUT, it’s a weekend (and a LONG Holiday weekend at that) and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!

I did review your account and saw that your balance is net positive, however I totally get the frustration that it may revert back to account level reserve when it comes to your next settlement date.

I was able to clear this amount from the Account Level reserve.
Transfer of $5,340.69 scheduled to initiate on 11/4/2024*.
