Question about weight of actual pallet & packaging

This is my first time sending to amazon so forgive me if this is obvious but I've packaged up my products and placed them on the pallet. Amazon asked me for the individual weight of 1 item (7.5 lbs) and then how many items on a pallet (36) so they have the pallet weight at 270 lbs. What about the weight of the pallet itself and any packaging? I've weighed the whole thing and its 320 lbs. I don't see where I can edit the weight.

Can someone please help me with this?

Thanks

Hi @Seller_q4LiaMCR1muiV,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. This help page, Seller requirements for LTL, FTL, and FCL deliveries, should provide some helpful info.

Total weight of the pallet must not exceed 1,500 lb. Single pallets must not be higher than 72 inches, including the height of the pallet, unless a single unit is taller than 72 inches. A single pallet can be up to 98 inches, including the height of the pallet, if it conforms to the "clampable" instructions outlined in the Floor Loading Policy. A single pallet that is 98 inches will be “squeezed” and split into two pallets by a clamp truck so the units can be received.

Best,

Dominic
