Hi, I haven't received the appropriate payments since 2023 and there is no sign of the earnings on my Amazon Seller Central
I've opened cases but they say the case has been transferred and there is no answer or follow-up

- Have you checked all of your performance notifications? Any funds held issues are usually communicated through your notifications
- It sounds like you've opened a case withSeller Support from your above, would you mind sharing that case # with me and I'd be happy to take a further look at your issue there and review any correspondence.

CR here again. In taking a quick look at your account, your account does not have any funds to disburse to you. I saw that last case you opened on this was way back in April of 2024.
Do you have a more recent case opened on this?
