FBM - New Listing I created I cannot win buy box on. I am the brand owner, and the only seller.
Not sure what to do, should I convert this listing to FBA ? I suppose spending ad spend on it is useless if it shows up in an ad without a featured offer ?
How do I get a hold of the catalog team to maybe fix this glitch. My price is lower than the competition, its not a pricing issue. I am not a new seller either.

I just wanted to check in with you to see if you still need some assistance with figuring out why some of your listings are no longer eligible to be the featured offer?
If you have a Selling Partner Support case ID, I can begin investigating the issue more thoroughly.
