BNA6 Warehouse Inbound Shipment Delay
Hello everyone,
Is BNA6 warehouse has delay in receiving inbound shipment.
A shipment was delivered four weeks ago still shows "shipment created" status.
I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before? Is it possible that the shipment is lost in Amazon warehouse? What happen next to me if this shipment is indeed lost?

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume. That said, if you can please send me your shipment ID and case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into that shipment to make sure everything's on the right track.
