GPSR December 13Th - how to deal with old ASIN's ?

Hello,

We have received Product Policy Compliance request for few of the old ASIN's we no longer sell.

Does it mean that if we do not upload the required information to Amazon (users manuals, safety information etc. ) they will be completely deleted?

What would you suggest may be a good way to deal with those old ASIN's and GPSR information request?

There is an option to : Attest to product Safety" and if we choose that option does it mean we are no longer required to upload additional information? (On the product health page there is a check box : Check “yes” if your product doesn’t have any warning and safety information, as it can be used safely and as intended without it.)

Thank you

Hello @Seller_8qyKDFEJ59YIg,

if you don't want to sell an ASIN anymore, it's best to delete it from your inventory and not just leave it as out of stock. ASINs that are not compliant would get deactivated, but not deleted. So as products that are marked as out of stock may trigger a review, its best to keep your inventory clean and delete old ASINs completely to avoid any issues.

Best,

Emma
