Missing Units in Shipment – (Case ID: 17777975481)

Case ID: 17777975481

Hi,

I’m reaching out for help regarding a serious discrepancy in one of my recent FBA shipments.

The shipment was for 12 cartons with 32 units per carton, totaling 384 units. However, the shipment summary shows that only 128 units (4 cartons) have been received. This is despite the fact that Amazon signed for all 12 cartons at delivery.

I’ve already opened a support case and attached the Bill of Lading and Booking Invoice, which clearly confirm that the full 12 cartons were delivered to the fulfillment center. Unfortunately, the response from Seller Support has been unhelpful and didn't address the actual problem.

What I need:

  • Why are only 128 units showing as received when all 384 were delivered and signed for?
  • Where are the remaining 256 units (8 cartons)?
  • How can I escalate this to someone who can investigate properly?

Would appreciate any insights from Amazon reps who can help me here to escalate my case to the right department?

Here are the details:

  • Case ID: 17777975481
  • Ship to FC: MEM1
  • Shipment ID: Given in the case
  • Amazon Reference ID: Given in the case
  • ASIN: Given in the case
  • FNSKU: Given in the case
  • Bill of Lading #: Given in the case with attachment

Thanks in advance,

Jamal

@Seller_Xi17UKxCDp1Xr Thank you for posting to our Forums!

Reconciliation of shipped inventory usually takes 2 to 30 days. In some cases, it will take up to 60 days. Please allow the fulfillment center time to complete the receive process, and let the shipment be eligible for reconciliation.

Feel free to reply back here once the shipment is eligible for reconciliation, and the inventory received still has a discrepancy.

Thank you!
