Lightning Deal - no option of time for Black Friday/Cyber Monday Event Window
Two weeks back, I created a lightning deal with Black Friday/Cyber Monday Event Window ( Nov 21, 2024, 12:00 AM PST - Dec 2, 2024, 11:59 PM PST). After submission, I clicked cancel by accident. Ever since, I have tried to create a lightning deal with the same time window but it never showed up on my option list. I see other time windows except for the one I cancelled two weeks ago.
If I cancel a deal, am I not able to create the one with the same time window?
I've opened several cases regarding this matter; each time answers were different
1. Glitch
2. I will be seeing the time window from 9/23 ( which I still don't see it )
3. System decides the time window so try again other day
Is there anyone who can help with this issue or give me a clear answer?
Thanks !
