Error 8541 unable to resolve

I have a long time ongoing issue with our ASINs category (since November) and until now it is not yet resolved, need help. We are informed that our category has been approved, however, the error 8541 still exist. We already tried to delete and re-list the ASIN after 24 hrs but still the error exist. In one of our ASIN the error moved to title. Here is the case number for reference: Case ID 16949335321. We want our ASINs to be in "Sports & Outdoors›Outdoor Recreation›Camping & Hiking›Personal Care›Hygiene & Sanitation" category please.
