Brand registry account appeal
Hey all,
I’ve been selling on Amazon for over eight years, but we only recently opened our Brand Registry account earlier this year. In June, one of our employees left, and when I tried to remove their access, I received the following message:
"Your account is not eligible to manage User Permissions right now. We reserve the right to decline user permission requests where we have identified that your account has either been involved in abusive conduct on Brand Registry, or you are related to an account that has been used for abusive conduct. If you want to appeal this action, please submit your appeal here."
I submitted an appeal (Case ID: 15514441991), and on July 4th, I received confirmation that after an investigation, our brand was cleared of any abusive conduct and the appeal was approved. However, two weeks later, our account was blocked again.
I followed up on the same case on July 25th but have not received any response. I also opened a new case (ID: 15629632141) on July 15th, and since July 29th, I haven’t heard back from anyone.
Given that we’ve barely launched our brand and haven’t reported any violations, I’m confident this is a mistake. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Hello again and thanks for reminding me, its tough to put a face to the Forums Names.
Thank you for the case ID's and it looks like you do have access to the brand, but you are not listed as the Admin so you would not be able to remove or add access.
What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to remove an ex-employees access to Brand Registry or the Selling account?
Looking forward to assisting further where I am able.

Hey Dougal,
Thankfully our account health rating score is at 1000 and we continuously address all violations there. If you look at the case IDs as well you see Amazon admit it was a mistake and then block again so not sure what is happening on that end.
