can i request a lithium ion battery required documents from manufacurer before buying
Im a new seller and i understand the restrictions on products with rechargeable lithium ion batteries and will require documentation and certification etc. However, before I invest the money in placing the order with manufacturer first, then fill out the listing which will require me submitting proper documents that may or not be approved via amazon, in which can lead to loss of a lot of money if product is denied.. can I request theses docs and certifications from manufacturer/supplier first before placing the order? if so where can i find the exact documentations required for me to submit to the manufacturer in advance of an order placed? I'm trying to get product in compliance prior to making the big purchase

The FIRST thing you do is get permission from the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon.
Once you have that permission IN WRITING you ask them for the safety documentation.
If you are insane enough to be buying from ALI@@#@# it is very unlikely they will have or provide the required documents.
In that case just run and hide because you will very likely lose your account if you sell their products.
