Over a year ago Amazon put 48 units into "Seasonal Storage" (we have no idea how as it's not something we did). Amazon kept recommending we send more of the ASIN so we did. Towards the end of last year as we were starting to get low on this ASIN we noticed there was something weird with the 48 units that were shown as FC Processing. We open our first case and after getting the run around a bunch we are told they are in seasonal storage and once our other units sell out, those 48 will move to active. In January we sell out, ASIN goes inactive with 48 units still saying FC Processing. We open another case and are told that they are moving to active but the process can take up to 21 days. A month passes, nothing. Open another case, told the same. This time 32 units go active, 16 remain FC Processing. 32 Active units are sold, 16 of those units get shipped to customers. The other 16 orders were sold 3 weeks ago and are still pending. So no we have 16 units that show as FC Processing and 16 Units that have pending orders that FBA won't ship.
We start looking and Amazon is charging us long term storage for products that:
1. We can not sell
2. We can not remove
So Amazon is holding our units hostage and in the process of holding our units hostage, they are profiting off of it.
Eventually after laying out the situation over and over again, we get transferred to the Leadership Team. The "Leadership Team" for over a month has told us repeatedly how they are rushing this and telling the departments how urgent this is. Meanwhile we have upset customers whose orders aren't being shipped and Amazon is charging us for over 365 day long term storage on the units that are apparently in such a mystery location that one of the largest corporations in the world can not locate them.
So where we are now is that Amazon has taken hostage 32 units for over a year that we have been trying to get them to do something about for 6 months that we can not sell nor can we remove, while they get to keep lining their pockets with storage fees that we can do absolutely nothing about them charging.
Sometimes this company is so insanely frustrating. We have been selling on Amazon for 12 years, have perfect health, sell 7 figures a year and they still have absolutely zero concern in actually solving our problems.

Would like some help from mods. Would be nice if anyone at Amazon cared at all about solving sellers issues.
