Refund Confusion
Sold item for £10.95 with free shipping. I believe it is set up for buyer pays for returns.
Customer returned item which Amazon refunded on first scan. Item was too small apparently.
On the returns page, the refund is still open. Do I need to complete something or authorise the refund again?
There is a prior refund of £8.16. Who paid for the return label? Is Amazon giving me the option of refunding the cost of the return label of £2.79?
With Amazon taking control of the process, I don't who they are charging.

That sounds like the customer has been refunded less the cost of the return label which is correct given the likely return reason.
You don't have to do anything. Its only still open as there is still some money that COULD be refunded.
You can just leave it if you wish - eventually it will drop off the Returns dashboard.

if they do not disappear after refund, I just do complete partial refund as technically it is as postage is not refunded.
