GTIN trouble

I bought GTINs from BarCodesTalks, and tried to create a listing. When I put the GTIN, it gives and error 8572. I tried contacting support, but they keep on saying to get the barcodes from GS1 only.

My question is, should I just put in trash barcodes from Barcodestalks and get new from GS1 or is there a way to get it fixed?

I am in Australia.

Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately, it sounds like these barcodes cannot be verified by our system. You need to use product IDs purchased from GS1. The Amazon site will verify the authenticity of GTINs by checking the GS1 database. If they do not match the information provided by GS1, you will see the error message you have received.
