Letter of Authorization rejected and no response on Appeal

Hello Seller community,
We are facing an issue regarding the amazon UK account. Our account was deactivated due to IP issues against three ASINs.

We have provided agreement with the supplier and even the invoice. But the appeal was rejected.
We have provided a detailed POA by deleting all ASINs from the inventory and providing the surety that we will change our supplier. But we got no response on our appeal.

It’s really becoming hard for us and we could not figure out what’s wrong. Any suggestions please?

2 things to note

  1. you say you have permission from your supplier
  2. you will change your supplier

why change if you are correctly buying ?

does you invoice have all the require info on -
suppliers name, address, tel number, website, vat number
your details as registered on amazon

are they trade only - not retail

what was the asin in question ? is it a brand and if so, did you get permission from the Brand owner ?

Do check the invoice was not proforma, as Amazon will not accept it.

Since this will be the standard ASIN check your only option might well be to buy stock and promise to change your business model.

But sorting your vat would be a good start as your vat number isn’t on your account, that vat number is invalid so if amazon do any checks that wouldn’t look good
