How long am I "new seller"

It has been 8 months that I am selling on amazon. But it still flags me as a new seller? How long am I gonna be flagged as a new seller?

To answer your question, I've never seen a seller classified as "new" who also had feedback, which is what Dennis was alluding to I believe. But yes, that's the reason.

Hello @Seller_lM60BREj6LVQG,

Occasionally we receive this particular question, of the "new seller" label, hopefully I can clarify your doubt a little bit more.

So how long does 'new seller' status really last?

You can take qualifying action within 90 days of listing your first buyable ASIN to receive New Seller Incentives for Sponsored Products, Coupons, the Amazon Partnered Carrier program, and Amazon Global Logistics. To be eligible for New Brand Bonus (giving you more visibility), you’ll need to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry within 180 days of listing your first buyable ASIN.

I'd strongly suggest looking at the following video for more insight:

Intro to New Seller Incentives

And the following help provides more insight as well:

New Seller Incentives

Like your fellow selling partners mentioned here, @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE, @Seller_5wa3H6oQIsRfpand @Seller_LTv2zrpA8Qcn1you would need to increase sales and therefore, more opportunities and possibilities to ensure customer feedback.

Good ways to do that are:

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)

Sponsored Products

Amazon Coupons

Any program that can enhance your listings, shipment options, brand exposure or advertisement features.

My advice would be for you to engage with whichever option you feel best fits your business plans, goals and perspective.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

to be honest, if you been doing it for 5 years full time and sold a minimum of a million dollar then you're not new anymore

Hello, your store starts to become outdated from your first product listing. (extra information)

I couldn't fully master the subject, can you explain a little more detail?
