Account deactivation due to bank verification

I was prompted to submit bank account verification . I suspecti it was because I tried to remove my middle initial from my account name.
I've submitted several statements. A direct deposit form from the bank with account number, routing number, and name with the date stamp. Statements that were pdf, and photos as well.
I even just put my middle initial back on the account.
I put my store on vacation mode while it stated verifying account, because I was heading out if state. I received a notification that my account was deactivated, and that my amazon fulfillment inventory will be stranded.
I cannot get help. I've submitted 2 case logs asking for help to clarify what the issue is. Both tickets were closed almost immediately because my account is deactivated.
Any help will would be appreciated
